Confused?

Well, obviously we can get so confused while trying to eat and be healthy. Join the club!!! Everywhere you go people is giving their opinions, recomendations, .. etc. Too much of this or too little of that...is never good.
There is also considerable confusion over what can contribute towards the target "five a day" (or whatever it is) intake of fruit and vegetables.
There is a diet for life according to the experts...which will help reduce the number of diet-related illnesses such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes and some cancers.
According to the FSA a healthy, balanced diet should be made up of around one third fruit and vegetables, one third bread, rice, potatoes, pasta and other starchy foods, 15% milk and dairy foods, 12% meat, fish, eggs, beans and other non-dairy sources of protein and just 8% food and drink high in fat or sugar and no more than 6gms of salt a day.
Every day I am more confused, so eating a little less starchy food and more grains, fruits and vegetables could be the solution... together with my JuicePlus+ I am hoping to prevent for me and my family all those illnesses.
